ZMBT rubber vulcanization accelerator.
USES: It is a rapid vulcanization accelerator, without coloring capacity. It is for NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and emulsion. It will have the same performance as M when applied to dry rubber with little burn. Used in the attached emulsion, use it with a super accelerator that has mild activity. To reach the vulcanization point, a high temperature of 138℃ is needed. It is not easy for the early phenomenon of vulcanization to occur and the vulcanization to be flat. It has the function of adjusting the viscosity of emulsion of various types. Applicable to the forming of rubber and foamed rubber products. Safe operation, easy to disperse, no pollution, no fading. It would be anti-aging mixed TP. It is mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, tapes and rubber footwear and other industrial products in general.
