Granular silica 185 possesses a high reinforcing potential and imparts to rubber compounds particularly high Shore hardness, tensile strength, tear resistance and abrasion resistance. To achieve optimal technical data of the rubber, the addition of activators such as glycols, amines or other alkaline accelerators is necessary.
